  2.2.2.1 Testing

  Ø I-Step testcases must be done as regular task of the dTSV for different car configurations and I-Steps

  Ø Follow-up of all open topics and tickets must be done independently

  Ø Preanalyse of found errors

  Ø Participation of the weekly testdrive and also longterm testdrives

  Ø Daily testevents, for personal focus are performed based on free testing and stress testing

  Ø Provided testcases per T-Release and I-Step are done independently

  Ø Special DTSV testcases are created to improve the future testactivities (lessons-learned, experienced)

   

  2.2.2.2 ALM Ticket reporting

  Ø All kinds of issues/defects found during functional test, regression test and other test have to be reported to ALM (error ticketing system of BMW) use specified format with

  Ø clear description and attached required materials(logs, configuration information).

  Ø Pre-Analyzes are done, to ensure high quality of tickets

  Ø Ticket verification is done independently

  Ø Tracking ticket status in ALM every day, perform retest old tickets in time. Add more info if required. And change ticket status.

   

  2.2.2.3 Reporting

  Ø Input to the different reports is provided independently

  Ø Feedback is based on testevents and found tickets

   

  2.2.2.4 Platform Maintenance – Flashing and Coding

  Ø Independently flashing and coding with BMW Tools of all Test Resources every week according to flash plan provided by dTSV Team and Project Team (including ECU SW and Navi DB)

  Ø Independently flashing of special builds which is needed for Carlife or Online Entertainment testing

  Ø Independently check regularly for HW breakdowns of all I&K, FAS and K&S ICUs of all Test Resources, updating and replacement of HW parts and components, including necessary procurement of these (new) parts

  Ø Check in and check out the cars with BMW Tool BRiAN to document the changes of SW/HW Update

  Ø Check the cars themselves after work to assure that everything for a test drive is secure, the car is running in normal mode (no diagnoses error or check control messages) and also check that all necessary measurements (trace tools) are running as planned.

  Ø During the update process the car should be reserved in the BMW system FIPS.

  Ø Maintenance of the needed cars and racks, update the SW of all related ECUs (headunit, IHKA, ZBE, instrument-cluster, amplifier, RAM, Booster, ATM)

  Ø All tracking tools provided are used to report updating of the platforms

  Ø Responsibility of three platforms, which are used for Carlife and Online Entertainment testing.

  Ø Safety shoes are required to work in the workshop

   

  Qualification Requirements

  Ø Chinese car driver license is mandatory 

  Ø Proficient in English and Chinese

  Ø General technical understanding of cars and related topics

  Ø Experienced in testing

  Ø Experienced in writing error tickets and preanalyzing

  Ø Advanced knowledge of the MS Office environment

  Ø Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering
