Senior electrical engineer 高级电气工程师
1. According to VCMS to align the maintenance standard, process in the whole plant, ensure the same maintenance method and process for all of the shops
根据沃尔沃生产制造系统来统一修订整个工厂的维修标准与流程，确保所有车间采用的维修方法和流程一致。
2. Provide periodic equipment performance analysis in his technical area, and give technical support for shop maintenance
定期分析所在领域设备的故障趋势，为车间维修提供技术支持。
3. Support shop maintenance engineers to check and confirm spare parts
协助车间维修工程师进行备件的检查和确认。
4. Coordinating the specific technical training in his technical area for the whole maintenance team，include internal and external training
统筹对整个维修团队进行其专业特长领域的技术培训，包含内训和外训。
5. Coordinating the specific general technical service for the whole plant maintenance
协调整个厂区维修所需的具体常规技术服务。
6. Onsite support and participate in analysis for big equipment breakdown and equipment defect
重要大型设备停工和设备故障时，负责到场支持并参与进行故障分析。
7. Supporting shop maintenance engineers to analysis and optimize the PM, Monitoring and evaluation the performance of PM
支持车间维修工程师，对PM进行分析和优化，监控和评估PM的实施效果。
8. Organizing periodic technical communication meeting in his technical area, with shop maintenance engineers
定期组织各车间工程师，召开所在领域的技术交流会。
9. Regular machine running checking in his technical area
对所在领域的设备，进行常规现场巡检。
10. Regular machine program backup checking in his technical area, and machine document/ drawing management;
对所在领域的设备，进行程序备份检查，及设备文档、图纸等管理。
11. Responsible for new project implement about maintenance in his technical area

本科
Minimum 5 years’ experience as maintenance engineer or electrical and automation engineer in industrial area.
在工业行业至少五年的维修工程师或电气与自动化工程师的工作经验。
1. Experience & knowledge from automotive industry, familiar with Equipment Maintenance special in car manufacture plant
具备汽车工业领域的行业经验知识，熟悉设备维修，特别是汽车制造厂。
2. With Project experience for the equipment design and installation in automation, or familiar with Siemens S7-300/400PLC, HMI, Profinet, Data PLC, Pilz safety PLC, frequency changer and ANDON/ PMC/ MES system will be advantage
有设备设计和自动化安装方面的项目经验，熟悉西门子S7-300/400PLC、HMI、Profinet、Data PLC、Pilz 安全PLC、变频器和安灯、生产监控系统、制造执行系统者优先考虑。
